UFT is a food technology provider and advises food producers about the optimal process, equipment and configuration to achieve the desired throughput and food quality. Their client (a well-established poultry processing facility) wanted
to increase their production capacity from 1.7 to 3.5 tons/hour. They want to install a new high-speed machine next to the existing ones. This required changes in the line configuration in terms of mixer capacity and product flow. UFT designed a new concept, which they wanted to verify and visualize for the client in order to win the contract and supply & install the new equipment.
